This online store is operated under the VELLUBI brand. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VELLUBI.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with the policies referenced on this website.
Use of the store
You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must not use our website, products, or services in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Products and pricing
We aim to display product images, descriptions, sizes, colours, and prices as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or print placement may occur due to screen settings and the print-on-demand production process.
Prices may change without notice, but any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, product unavailability, or inability to deliver to the address provided.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Print-on-demand fulfilment
VELLUBI products are produced after an order is placed. We use third-party production and logistics partners to manufacture and ship orders on our behalf.
Shipping
Shipping costs, available destinations, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production time, carrier delays, destination, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and consumer rights
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for information about withdrawal rights, returns, faulty items, and refunds.
Intellectual property
VELLUBI branding, product artwork, graphics, text, logos, and other original content on this website may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially reused without permission, except where allowed by law.
Third-party services
Some parts of the store are provided by third parties, including Shopify for ecommerce and payment services and external partners for production, fulfilment, and delivery. Those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when your order was placed.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable Italian law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence where those protections apply.
