Return and Refund Policy

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise this right, contact us at s90s90ss.s@gmail.com within the 14-day period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item.

Returned items should be unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, unworn except for fitting, unwashed, and in their original condition. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless it is faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Once we receive the returned item, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, we will issue the refund using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at s90s90ss.s@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Personalised items
Products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right where permitted by law. Our standard VELLUBI designs are not considered personalised simply because they are printed on demand.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under Italian or EU consumer law, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
