VELLUBI products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partner network. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, production time is added to the shipping transit time.

Where we ship
We currently ship to Italy and other supported destinations shown at checkout. Shipping availability depends on the destination and the product ordered.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and product type and are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

For baby clothing, the current standard shipping rate to Italy is €4.59.

Shipping rates for other countries vary.

Processing and delivery times
Each order requires production before shipment. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in your order confirmation include estimated production and transit times.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of production capacity, destination, carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.

International orders
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
